1. Service Description

Deal Shuttle Services, operated by Fast Delivery Plus LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), is a premium car service providing airport transfers, private rides, and hourly charters throughout Bergen County, Hudson County, and the greater Newark Liberty International Airport area in New Jersey.

By booking a ride through our website at bookitshuttle.com or any affiliated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Pricing

All rides are quoted at flat rates based on your route, service type, number of passengers, and any applicable surcharges. A price quote is provided before you confirm your booking and represents the total fare unless your trip details change.

• Quotes are valid for the trip details provided at the time of booking.
• Additional stops, route changes, or extended wait times may incur extra charges.
• Promotional coupon codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; confirmed bookings honor the quoted rate.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking subject to the following fee schedule:

Cancellations may be initiated through the booking tracker on our website or by contacting us directly. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the quoted fare for your booking.

• A pre-authorization hold may be placed on your card at the time of booking.
• The final charge is captured upon completion of the ride or per the cancellation policy.
• Refunds follow the cancellation policy outlined above and are returned to the original payment method.
• Disputed charges should be reported to info@bookitshuttle.com within 30 days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
• A grace period of 10 minutes applies for airport pickups and 5 minutes for all other locations.
• Luggage is limited to what can be safely accommodated in the assigned vehicle. Oversized or excess luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
• Passengers are responsible for the behavior of all members in their party, including children.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger or their party will be charged to the card on file.

6. No-Show Policy

If you are not present at the pickup location within the grace period and have not communicated a delay, the booking will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are subject to the full fare charge with no refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fast Delivery Plus LLC (d/b/a Deal Shuttle Services) shall not be liable for delays, missed flights, or indirect damages arising from traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific booking in question.

We maintain commercial auto insurance and all required state and federal certifications for passenger transportation services in New Jersey.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes to these terms. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.
